What THENEKAS connects to
Only what works today is marked live. What's being built says so, and the rest is on the roadmap at the bottom of this page.
Today
Connected and built in
QuickBooks Online and the other connections open once your company is verified with FMCSA. Imports and the rest work from the first day.
QuickBooks Online
The owner connects it in Connections. Invoiced loads go over as invoices and their payments follow; closed settlements go as bills to the driver, paid expenses as purchases, into the accounts you map.
TT ELD
Paste the API key from your TT ELD admin into Connections. It's sealed with AES-GCM and only its last 4 characters are ever shown. Reading trucks, drivers and positions starts when the sync ships.
Excel and CSV
Loads, drivers, trucks and trailers from your current system's export: XLSX, XLS or CSV. Columns are matched by name and you can change them; numbers already in THENEKAS are skipped.
Fuel cards and tolls
Upload the card or toll export. Each line goes to its driver's settlement by name or truck, and fuel with gallons and a state counts toward IFTA.
Email forwarding
Your company's own address. Forward rate cons and broker mail from the mailboxes your people add and prove; rate cons become draft loads.
HERE maps
Routes, loaded and empty miles, and address search for every stop, through our servers. Nothing to set up.
FMCSA data
Verify your carrier by USDOT or MC with a code to the email FMCSA has on file, and see brokers' authority status and bond warnings on loads and customers.
Google and Microsoft
Sign in with your Google or Microsoft account. We receive your name, email address and picture, never access to your mailbox.
Don't see yours?
Owners request any ELD or factoring company from Connections in the workspace, or type one that isn't listed. Not using THENEKAS yet? Ask us.
Requests
Ask for the service your office runs on
In Connections, the owner presses Request next to an ELD or a factoring company, or types the name of one we don't list. The request goes into your activity log and to our inbox, and we work on getting access from that company.
- Only the owner sees Connections and changes them
- Keys are sealed with AES-GCM and never shown again in full
- Adding, replacing or removing a key is logged

On the roadmap
None of these work today. They're listed so you know what we're working toward; no dates are promised.
ELD sync
PlannedTrucks, drivers, positions and hours from TT ELD first, then other ELDs, shown to the office to confirm before anything is added.
Broker updates from your own email
PlannedReply to the broker in the rate con's thread from your own Gmail or Outlook, with the POD attached.
EDI by direct connection
PlannedEDI files (204 tenders in; 990, 214 and 210 out) already move by upload and download in the workspace. Sending and receiving them by themselves, over AS2 or SFTP, is planned.
Factoring by API
PlannedSend schedules and packets straight to your factoring company instead of uploading them to its portal.
Open API
PlannedCompany API keys with scopes and limits, for your own tools and your partners.
MCP for AI assistants
PlannedA connector that lets an AI assistant read your own company's data, with your permission.
Load boards
PlannedBook a load from a load board without typing it in again.
Banking and payouts
PlannedPay drivers and vendors from THENEKAS instead of your bank's website.
Customer portal
PlannedA page where your brokers and shippers see all their loads with you, and the papers.
