Team & control

Everyone sees their job. The log sees everything.

Give each person a position, then change single rights on their card. Turn on approvals for what you want to see first. Every change goes into an activity log that nobody can edit or delete, the owner included.

Office users and drivers are free in every plan, as many as you need.

What's in it

Room to work, and a record of all of it

Most people can do most things, and every change is written down. A few things are locked: money to the accountant, people and deleting the company to the owner.

Positions as templates

Owner, fleet manager, dispatcher, after-hours dispatcher, accountant, safety and driver. Each starts with the rights that job needs.

Rights per person

Change single rights on one person's card: who sees rates, who deletes loads, who imports, who opens driver papers. Reset to the position any time.

View only, own loads only

A card can be read-only, or see only the loads that person dispatches, added, or that belong to their drivers.

Approvals

Opt-in rules: a rate over your limit or a customer you never hauled for waits before dispatch; big payouts and expenses wait before they're paid.

Activity log

Who changed what and when, with before and after. The database refuses to change or delete an entry while the company exists.

IP allowlist

Let office positions open work data only from your networks. Drivers and the driver app are never blocked.

Dashboard

The month in numbers, against the one before

Revenue, revenue per truck, rate per loaded mile and per mile with empty miles too, and loads delivered, each with its change against the same days of the period before. Pick any dates. Below it, the week's gross by driver, dispatcher or truck, with a weekly target you set.

  • Built from delivered loads, by their delivery date, like the reports
  • Money numbers only for the people who see rates
  • An own-loads card counts only its own loads

Rights

One dispatcher needs more. Another needs less.

A position is where a person starts. On their card the owner turns single rights on or off, and the workspace menu hides the sections a position doesn't use. Every change is logged.

  • Rates and revenue only for the people who book and bill loads, unless you add someone
  • Whoever added a load can delete it until it's invoiced; the owner and the accountant can delete any. A paid or factored load is only cancelled.
  • There is always at least one owner

Approvals

The big ones wait for a yes

Pick the limits in Settings: a load rate, a new customer, a settlement payment, an expense. Anything over them is saved, and its next step waits until the owner or a position you pick approves it.

  • All off by default: nothing changes until you turn one on
  • A declined request keeps the step blocked
  • Requests and answers go into the load's history or the activity log

How it works

Set up the office in four steps

  1. 1

    Invite people

By email or a text link. Each joins on their own card, with a position.

  2. 2

    Adjust a card

Turn single rights on or off for one person, or leave the position as it is.

  3. 3

    Set approvals

Only the rules you want, with the limits you pick.

  4. 4

    Read the log

Every change, by whom and when, for as long as the company exists.
