Driver app
One button for the next step.
Drivers sign in with their phone number and see their own loads, stop by stop. At each point they hold one button and snap the papers, and the office has the time and the photo the same moment. Nothing extra to install.
Works in the phone's browser today. Native iOS and Android apps are coming.
For the driver
Made for a phone in a truck cab
Big buttons, few screens, and nothing the driver has to remember to send later.
Sign in with a phone number
Invite a driver from their card by text or email. They sign in with their phone number; US and Canada numbers work.
Only what's theirs
Drivers see where, when and what to haul, on their own loads only. The rate and rate per mile show only if the owner turns that on; the rate con stays in the office.
Hold to confirm
On my way, on site, picked up, delivered: one button, held for 3 seconds so a pocket tap doesn't count. Only the office can undo a mark.
Times at every stop
Arrived, loaded and unloaded per stop, with how long the driver waited. The office can fix a time the driver forgot to mark.
Papers by photo
BOL, POD and lumper receipts go onto the load as they are taken. Big photos shrink on the phone first, with a ring showing the upload.
Settlements in their pocket
Closed weekly settlements open as PDFs on the phone under Pay, to read, download or share.
Truck routes and navigation are Map Pro. The driver app has no free map or navigator. Truck routes and navigation come only with Map Pro, a paid add-on at $20 a driver a month, in our iOS and Android app, which is coming. See pricing.
Papers
A blurry POD gets caught before it goes in the packet
Every BOL, POD and lumper photo from the app gets one AI read for the office: is it readable, is it signed, does the load number match. The office approves it, or rejects it with a note the driver sees.
- Rejected papers stay out of the factoring packet
- The driver sees your decision, never the AI check
- A stop's photos download as one PDF
How it works
From the driver card to the first stop
- 1
Add the driver
Make their card with a phone number and send the invite by text or email.
- 2
They sign in
With that phone number, on any phone with a browser.
- 3
Assign a load
It appears in their app with every stop, appointment and note.
- 4
Work the stops
They hold the button at each step and snap the papers; the load's dispatcher gets a notification.
